Bello Home is a kitchen countertop product that creates ready-to-drink wellness beverages at the touch of a button. We purify and personalize tap water using a carbon block filter and multi-serving glass capsules containing natural concentrates.

Bello Home was designed to be easy-to-use for everyone, including children and seniors. 

All you need to do is fill up your water tank, place the capsule on your Bello Home, select your flavour intensity level and press the button to begin dispensing.

Furthermore, our capsules were designed to be easily added and removed from your Bello Home without any cleaning or sealing requirements between use.

Your Bello Home will come with a complete user manual should you need further instructions.

Bello Home is currently available directly from our website, and ships everywhere in North America excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping takes around 5 to 7 days.

Your initial order contains everything you need to get started with your Bello Home dispenser, namely your Bello Home itself, one Carbon Plus Filter lasting up to six months and one power cable.

Your Bello Home infuses your water with natural concentrates found in the glass capsules. The natural concentrates contain real ingredients like fruit and plant extracts, vitamins and minerals, allowing you to create any type of still beverage.

You can select the flavour intensity level you would like in your drink, ranging from light to medium and strong.

While your Bello Home itself does not cool or chill beverages that are being dispensed, you can conveniently detach and store the water tank directly in the fridge ahead of use, or add ice cubes directly in your water tank or your cup.

Each Bello Home is configured with a self-descaling system, meaning it automatically cleans itself between uses. This allows you to switch seamlessly between different capsules, ensuring that there is no cross-contamination.

Certainly! Since Bello Home purifies water before infusion, adding a flavoured capsule is optional and you can simply drink filtered water.

Bello Home runs on both 110V and 220V requirements. Each dispenser comes with its own power supply tailored to its individual needs. If you’re in the United States or Canada, using your Bello Home is as simple as plugging your Bello Home into a regular 110V outlet.

The dimensions of your Bello Home are 12 x 6.5 x 13 inches (31 x 16.5 x 33 centimetres). This makes it compact and sleek enough to fit anywhere, like your kitchen countertop.

The capacity of your Bello Home water tank is 1900 ml (approximately eight cups).

Using your Bello Home is simple:

1. Place the capsule in your Bello Home.
2. Select your flavour intensity level; light, medium, or strong.
3. Press the button to begin dispensing and again once finished.
4. Remove the capsule from your Bello Home and store it in the fridge.

The capsules contain natural concentrates with real ingredients like fruit and plant extracts, vitamins and minerals.

We allow you to enjoy a wide range of better-for-you beverages, from zero-calorie flavoured waters and wellness drinks, to simple and clean iced teas, with ten different flavours available for purchase at launch.

No, the capsules do not contain any stevia or artificial sweeteners.

Once opened, each capsule lasts up to ten days. The capsules must be refrigerated between uses. Any unopened capsules last up to one year.

A single capsule can make anywhere between 12 and 50 drinks using your Bello Home, depending on the product line and flavour intensity selected for your beverages.

Each capsule costs $9.95 USD per unit.

No! Our patented technology has made it possible to seamlessly insert and remove any capsule from your Bello Home without needing to open or close any cap between uses.

Our glass capsules are multi-serving, but not refillable in order to comply with health and safety regulations. With that being said, you are able to recycle your glass capsules after they are finished and each capsule can make anywhere between 12 and 50 drinks.

Bello Home uses a plant-based and compressed activated carbon block filter, providing a very high quality standard for water filtration compared to alternate water treatment methods like gravity-based granulated technology and reverse osmosis.

Bello’s carbon block filtration technology is exceptionally porous and three times finer than gravity-based granulated carbon, removing 66 contaminants including lead, chlorine, pesticides and herbicides, compared to just five or six on average with a standard filter.

With superior and instantaneous filtration efficiency, Bello’s activated carbon filter complies with NSF/ANSI standards 42, 53, 372 and 401 by using its built-in pump to propel water through for optimal purification at the touch of a button

Bello Home’s compliance with NSF/ANSI standards means that our water filtration process has undergone extensive testing to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.

NSF 42 covers aesthetic claims, including taste and odours from chemicals like chlorine. 

NSF 53 covers health effects and your Bello Home’s ability to filter out heavy metals, such as arsenic and mercury, as well as pesticides, herbicides, bacteria and more. 

NSF 372 specifically covers health effects and your Bello Home’s ability to filter out lead. 

Finally, NSF 401 covers the removal of up to 15 individual contaminants that have been identified and well-documented in published studies related to drinking water quality.

Bello’s filter has a six-month lifespan, offering superior performance, durability, reliability, convenience and price. Our Carbon plus filter outlasts typical water pitcher filters, which typically last around one month on average and need to be replaced frequently.
